Economics of milk processing in cooperative sector of Haryana

In the rural sector, dairying and milk production is an important economic activity has become a secondary source of income employment. Cooperatives play role in animal husbandry which contributes about one-fourth agricultural GDP country. This study works out cost collection, chilling transportation to arrive at economics processing manufacturing products Haryana by selecting plants from different zones cooperative sector. The show that procurement was found be higher Western zone estimated Rs. 1.83 per litre compared 1.67 Eastern zone.
